The provision of personal information of customers may be mandatory because it is a statutory requirement, a contractual requirement, or a requirement for concluding a contract. Specifically,

・provision of registration information of the customer is a necessary requirement for concluding a contract with the Company. If the customer does not provide registration information of the customer, the Company may not be able to register the customer. In addition, due to the insufficient provision of personal information, the examination may not be sufficiently conducted and the provision of the Services may be suspended.

・The provision of service information relating to the customer which is required to be provided (access history and customer attributes are not required to be provided) and online identifiers which are strictly required is mandatory as a contractual requirement. If the customer does not provide such personal information, the Company may not be able to provide the Services to the customer.
Provision of inquiry Information of the customer is mandatory as a contractual requirement. If the customer does not provide inquiry information of the customer, the Company may not be able to answer inquiry by the customer.

4.Retention period of personal information

In order to determine the proper retention period of personal data, the Company will take into account the quantity, nature and confidentiality of personal data, the risk of potential damage from unauthorized use or disclosure of personal information, the purposes for which the Company processes personal data and whether or not the purposes can be achieved by other means, and applicable legal requirements.

5. Source of personal information

The Company receives personal information of the customer directly from the customer or automatically acquires cookies and other online identifiers. In addition, attribute information of customers who accessed Our Website will be obtained indirectly from Our Website usage analysis service provider such as Google LLC.
